Refund Policy

Setup Fees

Setup fees for websites, dashboards, apps, and other build projects are earned as work is performed. Once a build has started — discovery has been completed and design or development work is underway — setup fees are generally non-refundable, reflecting the time and resources already committed to the project.

Monthly Care Plans

Monthly care plans, hosting, and subscription services can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice to info@allstateaisolutions.com. Monthly fees are not prorated for partial months; service continues through the end of the current billing period following cancellation.

Third-Party Pass-Through Costs

Costs passed through from third-party providers — including telephony minutes, SMS usage, hosting overages, and similar usage-based charges — are non-refundable, as these represent actual costs incurred with outside vendors on the client's behalf.

Undelivered Scope

If we fail to deliver the scope contracted in a written proposal or statement of work, we will either complete the outstanding work at no additional charge or refund the portion of fees tied to the undelivered scope, at the client's choice.

If something on an invoice looks wrong, or you have a question about a charge, email info@allstateaisolutions.com and we'll review it directly with you.
